1. Non-Refundable Products All digital courses, downloads, and learning materials sold on our platform are non-refundable once purchased. This includes but is not limited to: Digital marketing courses WordPress mastery tutorials Graphic designing classes Digital product selling courses
2. Exceptions for Refunds Refunds will be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances: Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same product. Technical Error: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our side and it cannot be resolved within 3 business days. Incorrect Product Delivery: If the product delivered is completely different from what was advertised on the sales page. To request a refund in such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of your purchase, along with your payment receipt and clear explanation of the issue.

4. Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
